Finishing a painting

I have been spending a lot of time looking to try to understand where the painting wants to go. This piece has been in process for over a year and I am not sure where the reference photo went. I will need to source some more to bring some details in certain areas. This is meant to be complete for Art Market San Francisco in April 2022.
